1) Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii ?
Yes, we do ship to Alaska and Hawaii but additional shipping costs will apply. Please e-mail
us at sales@bestcattrees.com for the exact shipping costs to send selected items to
your location.
2) Do you accept checks and money orders ?
We gladly accept checks and money orders. Send your payment to:

Please include your shipping address, e-mail address, and phone number along with a list
of your selected items. Do not include sales tax in your payment if you live outside TN.
TN residents must include a 9.25% sales tax on your purchase. To figure this amount,
multiply your order total, before shipment costs, by .0925. Please e-mail us at

3) When will my order ship ?
Upon receipt, most orders are shipped within 7 - 14 business days, depending on order volume.
We will e-mail you when your order ships with your tracking number and shipping information.
All orders are shipped by ground, usually 2 - 6 days time, depending on your location. You can
e-mail us at sales@bestcattrees.com at any time to inquire about the status of your order.
4) Will I need to assemble my cat tree ?
Most models do require minor assembly. However, our products are designed to make assembly
quick and simple for one person. Easy to follow instructions are included with each model,
and the only tools needed are a phillips screw driver and a small hammer. Visit Our Store and
click on the picture of the model you are interested in, and in the description of that model
we note if assembly is required and the size box each item is shipped in.
We will be glad to ship you a fully assembled cat tree, but shipping costs will apply and they can

5) What is your return policy ?
All of our cat trees are built to be of the highest quality. Each item is inspected before shipment.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted under the
following conditions:
· You must notify us within 5 days of receipt of your purchase.
· Incorrect or damaged items will be replaced at no charge.
· To return an item it must be in new and unused condition and be returned in
the complete original packaging. We do not accept returns after an item has
been assembled and used. Return shipping must be paid in advance.
· Upon inspection we will issue a refund for the purchase amount. Any shipping
and packaging costs are not refundable.
· Shipping damage claims will be resolved by the shipping company.
6) What is your warranty ?
Our warranty protects you from all manufacturer defects for six months. If any part of your
purchase is broken due to a defect, we will replace it for free. After six months we can replace
any part for a small fee.
